Shipping & payment

How long it takes

Every item is printed to order, so nothing sits on a shelf. Production and delivery take up to 14 days in total — usually faster: 3–10 business days to print and 1–3 days to deliver.

Delivery

• Nova Poshta anywhere in Ukraine: to a branch or a parcel locker.
• Shipping is charged at Nova Poshta rates and paid on delivery.
• Once the parcel ships we send you the tracking number.

Payment

• Cash on delivery: you pay at the branch after checking the parcel.
• Nova Poshta charges a money transfer fee at its own rates.
• A manager contacts you to confirm the order before it ships.

If something is wrong

Inspect the parcel at the branch. If anything is damaged or defective, refuse it and message us — we will fix it.
