14 days to decide

Under Ukrainian consumer protection law you can exchange or return an item within 14 days of receipt if it is unworn, with tags and proof of purchase.

How to return

• Message us in the site chat or at admin@happ.tools with your order number.
• Ship the item with Nova Poshta to the address we send you. Return shipping for non-defective items is paid by the buyer.
• We refund within 7 days of receiving the item.

Defects

Damaged print, a broken seam or a wrong size on our side — replacement or refund at our cost, shipping included.

Not returnable

Custom team orders made with your logo cannot be returned unless defective.
